A short RPG, made with RPG Maker VX Ace, "Dan Ryckert Destroys the Universe" follows the Giant Bomb and Giant Beast crews as they investigate the disappearance of Dan Ryckert.
(This game is technically finished, however I had to cut a lot of stuff to get it done in time for the Giant ROM 4 game jam. I will be working on this game over time, and one day I hope to have it at the quality I originally envisioned for it. All of the sprites and tiles are done with the defaults included with RPG Maker, so certain things don't look anything like reality.)
I also feel like I should apologize to Vinny, as the only player sprite I could find that looked even remotely like him is a really old man.

If you have RPG Maker VX Ace installed on your computer, you can download the much smaller "GoldenDuder_NoRTP.exe" version. However, if you don't have RPG Maker installed, you'll need the larger version: it includes all of the system stuff needed to play it. (Unfortunately, because of the way RPG Maker VX Ace works, I can't get it below about 200MB while still including the system stuff needed.)
TO PLAY:
Download the GoldenDuder.exe file.
Run it; it will then ask where to decompress the file.
Open the resulting folder, and run "Game.exe".
